1. Pricing and Payments

1.1 Currency

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

1.2 Web Payments

Payments made through our website are processed by third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, others). Your bank or card processor will automatically convert USD to your local currency (COP, EUR, MXN, etc.) using the exchange rate at the time of charge. The exact amount in your local currency will appear on your bank statement.

We are not responsible for exchange rates applied by your bank or card issuer.

1.3 Mobile App Payments (iOS/Android)

Payments made through App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) are processed directly by Apple or Google.

  • Apple and Google will automatically display the price in your local currency based on our USD base price.
  • Apple and Google handle currency conversion, local taxes, and payment methods according to your country.
  • In-app purchase refund policies are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms.

1.4 Taxes

Displayed prices may not include applicable local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.). Payment processors will automatically calculate and add required taxes based on your country of residence.

1.5 Recurring Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. You will be charged automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

2. Nature of Service

2.1 Educational & Analysis Tool

This application is a trading analysis and education tool, NOT a regulated broker or financial advisor. We do not execute trades, custody funds, or act as financial intermediaries.

2.2 Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT

NO content in this application constitutes personalized financial advice. We do not recommend buying or selling specific assets. All trading decisions are your sole responsibility. Consult a certified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

2.3 Trading Risk

Trading carries significant risk of capital loss. Past results do not guarantee future returns. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Prohibitions

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or commercialize access to the service
  • Use bots or automated scripts to access the service
  • Share your account with third parties
  • Extract data via scraping or reverse engineering
  • Use the service for illegal activities

3.2 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

4.1 Web Refund Policy

We offer full refund within the first 7 days after your initial payment if you're not satisfied. After 7 days, no refunds for partially used periods. To request refund: support@paratrades.com

4.2 Mobile App Refunds

In-app purchase refunds (iOS/Android) must be requested directly from Apple or Google. Follow App Store or Play Store refund process.

5. Limitation of Liability

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from use of our analyses or educational content. The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
